These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of MJD Coastal Services LLC (“MJD Coastal Services,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

MJD Coastal Services provides residential and commercial painting services — including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, pressure washing and deck staining — in Sarasota and the surrounding Manatee County, Florida area. Estimates are free and provided after an on-site or detailed review; final pricing is confirmed in a written quote.

Text Messaging Program Terms

MJD Coastal Services runs two separate text-messaging programs, each requiring its own separate opt-in:

• Customer care program. By checking the customer care SMS box, you consent to receive text messages from MJD Coastal Services regarding your estimate, appointment scheduling and project updates.
• Marketing program. By separately checking the marketing box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from MJD Coastal Services, such as seasonal painting offers and discounts. Marketing consent is collected separately and is never required to receive customer care messages or to purchase any service.

The following terms apply to both programs:

• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been opted out and will receive no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (941) 320-7544.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final project scope, materials and pricing are set out in a written agreement before work begins.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
